AWS監視

概要

AWSは包括的なクラウドコンピューティングのプラットフォームです。多数のクラウドサービスを、世界各地のリージョンとアベイラビリティゾーンに分散したデータセンターで提供しています。AWSサービスは多岐にわたるため、デプロイやリソース消費の際に何が発生したか、把握することが必要です。

Applications ManagerのAWS監視では、AWSアカウントで利用している複数サービスを監視し、インフラからエンドユーザー体感にいたるまでの全体を可視化します。

サポートしているリージョン

次のリージョンのAWSクラウド環境で、メトリックの収集、リソース使用率の可視化、運用に関するアラートを行えます。

AWS監視の新規作成

AWSパフォーマンス監視設定の要件：こちらを参照ください。

AWS監視をAPIで新規追加するには：こちらをクリックしてください。

GUIで新規AWS監視を作成するには、下記の手順で操作してください。

  1. ［新規監視］をクリックします。
  2. クラウドアプリケーションカテゴリの［AWS］を選択します。
  3. AWS監視の表示名を指定します。
  4. 監視に追加した［AWSサービス］をドロップダウンから選択します。
  5. API経由でAWSを利用するための［アクセスキーID］を入力してください。アクセスキーは20桁の英数字です。
  6. AWSの［シークレットアクセスキー］を入力してください。シークレットキーは、英数字40桁です。
  7. ［アカウントタイプ］を選択します。デフォルトのアカウントタイプはAWSグローバルです。AWS中国リージョンのサービスを監視するには、［AWS中国］を選択し、AWS GovCloudリージョンのサービスを監視するには「AWS Gov Cloud」を選択してください。
  8. 選択したアカウントタイプに基づいて、［グローバルリージョン］、［中国リージョン］、または［Gov Cloud リージョン］ドロップダウンメニューから監視するリージョンを選択します。
  9. 検出フィルター正規表現：リソースの検出と監視に使用する検出フィルター正規表現を、カンマ区切りの値で指定します。詳細はこちらをご覧ください。
  10. 次のいずれかのオプションを使用して、子監視の検出オプションを選択します。
    • ディスカバリーしない：Amazon監視を追加しますが、ディスカバリーは行われません。
    • ディスカバリーして非管理：すべての子監視をディスカバリーして非管理にします。
    • 子監視のディスカバリーと監視：すべての子監視をディスカバリーして監視します。
  11. 詳細設定オプションを有効にする場合は、次の詳細を指定します。
    • ［削除したリソースでのアクション］を使用して、削除したいリソースに対するアクションを選択します。
      • アラートの継続：このオプションを選択すると、削除されたインスタンスがコンソールに保持され、削除されたアラートが子監視と親監視に表示されます。
      • アラートを停止：このオプションを選択すると、削除されたインスタンスの正常性が本体のAWSのアクションへ影響しません。
      • リソースの非管理：このオプションを選択すると、削除されたリソースを非管理とし、リソースのポーリングを停止します。
      • リソースの削除：このオプションを選択すると、AWSコンソールで削除された監視を削除します。
      EC2インスタンスは、AWSコンソールで削除された後に削除されるか、非管理状態になります。
    • ディスカバリーを停止：特定のサービス配下のリソースのディスカバリーを停止するには、このオプションを有効にします。
      ディスカバリーを停止するサービスを選択するには、「ディスカバリーを停止するサービス」オプションを使用してください。
  12. 子監視の自動ディスカバリーと監視のディスカバリー間隔を分単位で指定します。
  13. ［ポーリング間隔（分）］を指定します。
  14. Enterprise EditionのAdminサーバーから監視を新規追加する場合は、Managedサーバーを選択してください。
  15. AWSリソースを関連付ける［監視グループ］を検索欄から指定します（任意項目）。複数グループに監視を関連付けられます。
  16. ［監視の追加］をクリックすると、ネットワークからAmazonサーバーを検出し、監視が始まります。
  • クラウドサービスに接続し、外部データにアクセスするには、インターネット接続が有効になっていることを確認してください。外部ウェブサイトにアクセスするためにプロキシサーバーが必要な場合は、「設定」タブでプロキシ設定を構成してください。
  • Applications ManagerでのAmazon監視に使用されるホストを確認するには、こちらを参照してください。
  • 上記手順はApplications Manager ビルド15180以降の手順です。

AWSデータ収集設定

AWSのデータ収集設定を行うには、［設定］タブへ移動し、ディスカバリとデータ収集欄から、［パフォーマンスポーリング］を選択し、［AWS］タブもしくは、［クラウド］に移動します。
変更できる設定内容は、次のとおりです。

  • EC2インスタンスの一意の識別子：［インスタンスID］または［タグ名］を指定します。

    設定後に一意の識別子を変更すると、既存の監視が削除されます。また、削除したインスタンスのタグ名で新規インスタンスを起動すると、それらインスタンスはマージされます。Applications Managerバージョン16360以上でこのマージを行うと、非管理のEC2インスタンスは自動で、管理状態に変更されます。

  • CloudWatch APIでS3ストレージ統計を収集する：このオプションを有効にすると、CloudWatch APIを使用してS3ストレージ情報を収集します。
    • ［タグ名］オプションは、Applications Managerバージョン16350未満でも利用できます。［インスタンス名］は、バージョン16360以上で使用できます。

Applications Managerバージョン15170以下：

オプション 説明
EC2インスタンスが停止した際にアラート EC2インスタンスが停止された際にアラートを受信します。
停止したEC2インスタンスとLambda関数の削除 停止したEC2インスタンスとLambda関数を、Applications Managerの次回ポーリングで、UI上から削除します。
削除済みDynamoDBテーブルの削除 削除されているDynamoDBテーブルをApplications Managerの次回ポーリングで、UI上から削除します。
削除済みElastic Load Balancerの削除 Elastic Beanstalk環境が削除されている場合に、Applications Managerの次回ポーリングで、UI上から削除します。
未アクティブECSクラスターの削除 ECSクラスターが停止または削除されている場合、Applications Manager UI上からそのクラスターを削除します。

Applications Managerバージョン15180以上：

オプション 説明
EC2インスタンスのAuto Scalingアラートを有効にする EC2インスタンスが作成/削除されるたびにアラートを受信するオプション。
Set health severity as Option to set Amazon monitor's health severity as Critical or Warning whenever a new EC2 Instance is created or deleted.
Raise autoscaling alerts when EC2 instances are Option to configure when an alert has to be recieved (When an EC2 Instance is created/deleted/both)

監視パラメーター

AWSアカウントは、次のパラメーターや属性を監視します。この情報によりAWSアカウントの機能状況について詳細を把握できます。各情報にしきい値を設定し、しきい値違反の際に通知を受けることもできます。

［監視］タブをクリックして、監視カテゴリビューへ移動します。クラウドアプリケーション欄から［AWS］を選択してください。AWS一括設定ビューが3つのタブに分類されて表示されます。

  • ［可用性］タブ：過去24時間または30日の可用性履歴を表示します。
  • ［パフォーマンス］タブ：過去24時間または30日のステータスとイベントが、総実行EC2インスタンス、総RDSインスタンスなどのKPIが、これら属性のヒートチャートとあわせて表示されます。
  • ［リストビュー］タブ：一括管理設定が可能で、すべてのインスタンスと、可用性やステータスの状況を表示されます。
  • 各AWS監視インスタンスは、1ベーシック監視とみなします。
  • AWS監視で実行している各サービスインスタンスは、S3、SNS、課金情報を除き、1ベーシック監視とみなします。

名前 Application Load Balancerの名前です。
リージョン ロードバランサーが設定されているAWSリージョンです。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください、
ステータス ロードバランサーのステータスです（アクティブ、プロビジョニング中、アクティブ・損傷あり、失敗［active、provisioning、active_impaired、failed］）。
アベイラビリティゾーン ロードバランサーのアベイラビリティゾーンです。
VPC ID ロードバランサー用VPCのIDです。
作成時刻 ロードバランサーが作成された日時です。

EC2 Instances

この表では、AWSアカウントに存在するEC2インスタンスの情報を表示します。EC2監視の詳細はこちらをご参照ください。

パラメーター 説明
EC2インスタンス
インスタンスID EC2インスタンスの一意の識別子です。
リージョン名 EC2インスタンスを実行しているリージョンです。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください、
ステータス インスタンスの現在のステータスです。実行中、停止済み、シャットダウン、削除済みがあります（running, stopped、shutdown、terminated）。
プラットフォーム インスタンスを実行しているOSです。
監視 インスタンスで監視が有効かです。
パブリックDNS名 インスタンスに関連付いたDNS名です。
システムログ インスタンスのシステムログを表示します。

EC2インスタンスで実行できる管理アクションは次のとおりです。

  • 削除：Applications ManagerからEC2インスタンスの削除を行います。
  • プラットフォームの割り当て：Windows、Mac OSなどのプラットフォームをインスタンスに割り当てます。
  • インスタンスの起動：Applications ManagerからEC2インスタンスの起動を行います。
  • インスタンスの停止：Applications ManagerからEC2インスタンスの停止を行います。
  • インスタンスのリブート：Applications ManagerからEC2インスタンスのリブートを行います。

Elastic Beanstalk Environments

この表では、AWSアカウントに存在するElastic Beanstalk環境の情報を提示します。Elastic Beanstalk環境の詳細は、こちらを参照ください。

Elastic Beanstalk環境
環境名 Elastic Beanstalk環境の名前です
リージョンコード Elastic Beanstalk環境を実行しているリージョンです。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください。
階層名（Tier） 階層の名前です。Webサーバー、またはワーカーを示します。
環境ステータス 環境のステータスを示します（Ready、Launching、Updating、Terminating、Terminated）。
環境正常性ステータス 環境の正常性ステータスを示します（OK、Info、Unknown、No data、Warning、Degraded、Severe）。

Gateway Load Balancers

Gateway Load Balancers
Name Name of the balancer.
Region Gateway load balancerが設定されているAWSリージョンです。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください。
State The state of the of the balancer.
Availability Zones The Availability Zones for the load balancer.
VPC ID The ID of the VPC where the load balancer is deployed.
Creation Time The date and time the load balancer was created.

Lambda

登録コンテナーインスタンス クラスターに登録されているコンテナーインスタンス数です。

Repository Name Name of the Elastic Container Registry.
Region The AWS region in which the cluster is configured. サポートされているリージョンの一覧については、 こちらを参照してください。
Repository URI The unique identifier for a specific repository.
Scan On Push Indicates if image scanning is enabled on push.
Image Tag Mutability Specifies whether image tags are mutable.
Creation Time The time when the repository was created.

RDS Instances

このタブでは、AWSアカウント内のRDSインスタンスの情報です。RDSインスタンスの詳細は、こちらを参照ください。

パラメーター 説明
インスタンスID インスタンスの一意の識別子です。
リージョン名 RDSインスタンスを実行しているリージョンです。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください、
ステータス インスタンスの現在のステータスです（available、creating、failed、rebooting）。
DBエンジン名 インスタンスに関連付いたデータベースエンジンの名前です。
割り当てストレージ インスタンスに割り当てられたストレージスペースを示します（GB）。
Auroraクラスター名 Aurora DBクラスターの名前です。
クラスターインスタンスのロール Aurora DBインスタンスに関連付いたロールです。
クラスターグループステータス DBクラスターグループの現在のステータスです。

DynamoDB

このタブでは、遅延、リクエストのスループット、スロットリングエラーなど、DynamoDBのパフォーマンスメトリックデータを表示できます。Amazon DynamoDBで、リソース利用の最適化とアプリケーションパフォーマンス改善が可能です。

リージョン 現在のDynamoDBテーブルが存在するAWSリージョンの名前です。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください、
総プロビジョニング済み読み込みCU テーブルのプロビジョニング済み読み込みのキャパシティユニット総数です。
総プロビジョニング済み書き込みCU テーブルのプロビジョニング済み書き込みのキャパシティユニット総数です。
ストレージサイズ（GB） 指定のテーブルの総サイズを示します（GB）。
テーブルステータス テーブルの現在のステータスです。
作成日 テーブルが作成された日時です。
DynamoDBのアカウント上限は、DynamoDBがディスカバリ対象に選択されている場合にのみ監視されます。また、選択したリージョンでのみ、データ収集が行われます。

DynamoDBアカウント上限

パラメーター 説明
リージョン 現在のDynamoDBアカウントがあるAWSリージョンのIDです。
リージョン名 DynamoDBアカウントが置かれているリージョンの名前です。
読み込み上限 リージョン横断での最大読み込みキャパシティユニットです。
読み込みプロビジョニング量（Provisioned Read） プロビジョニングされた読み込みキャパシティユニットの数です。
書き込み上限 リージョンごとの最大書き込みキャパシティユニットです。
書き込みプロビジョニング量（Provisioned Write） プロビジョニングされた書き込みキャパシティユニットの数です。
テーブル読み込み上限 テーブルごとのプロビジョニングできる、最大読み込みキャパシティユニット量です。

このタブでは、Amazonアカウントで利用可能なすべてのActiveMQ Brokersを監視できます。

キュー名 キューの名前です
キュータイプ キューのタイプを示します（標準/FIFO）。
リージョン キューが作成されたリージョンです。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください、
到着レート キューにメッセージが届くペースを指します（数/分）。
完了レート キューでメッセージが処理、削除されるペースを指します（数/分）。
作成時刻 最初のキューが作成された時刻を表示します。

File Transfer Family

このタブには、Amazonアカウントに存在するFile Transfer Familyサーバーの詳細が表示されます。 File Transfer Familyをご参照ください

パラメーター 説明
Server ID The unique system-assigned identifier for the server.
Region The location of the file transfer family.
Domain The domain of the storage system that is used for file servers.
Endpoint Type The type of the endpoint that is connected with the server. Possible Values: PUBLIC | VPC | VPC_ENDPOINT
No. of Users The number of users currently configured on the server.
State The state of the File Transfer Family server.

DMS Replication Instances

このタブには、Amazonアカウントに存在するDMS Replication Instanceの詳細が表示されます。DMS Replication Instanceをご参照ください。

パラメーター 説明
Instance ID The unique identifier for the replication instance.
Region The location of the replication instance.
Instance Class The compute and memory capacity of the replication instance, as determined by the specified replication instance class.
VPC The ID of the VPC.
Availability Zone The availability zone of the instance.
Public Accessibility Indicates the accessibility state of the replication instance.
Instance State The status of the replication instance.

DMS Replication Tasks

このタブでは、AWSアカウント内のS3バケットの情報を表示します。

バケット名 S3バケットの一意の名前です。
バケットサイズ S3バケットのサイズを示します（MB）。
バケットロケーション Amazonがバケットを保存した地理的リージョンです。サポートするリージョンは、サポートリージョンのセクションで確認ください。
作成時刻 バケットが作成された時刻です。
仮想フォルダー S3バケットに存在するフォルダーの数です。
オブジェクト数 S3バケットに保存されたオブジェクトの数です。
S3バケットリクエスト統計
バケット名 S3バケットの一意の名前です。
総リクエスト バケットに行われた総HTTPリクエスト数です。
リクエスト/分 バケットに1分ごとに行われたリクエスト数です。
GETリクエスト バケット内のオブジェクトに行われたHTTP GETリクエスト数です。
PUTリクエスト バケット内のオブジェクトに行われたHTTP PUTリクエスト数です。
先頭バイトレイテンシー バケットにリクエストが完全に受信されてから、応答が開始されるまでのリクエストごとの時間です（分）。
総リクエストレイテンシー 先頭バイトが受信されてから最終バイトがバケットに送信されるまでの経過時間です（分）。この情報には、先頭バイトレイテンシーには表示されない、リクエストボディの受信およびレスポンスボディの送信に要した時間が記載されます。
ダウンロードバイト バケットで行われるレスポンスボディを含めたリクエストのダウンロードバイト数です（MB）。
アップロードバイト バケットで行われるリクエストボディを含めたアップロードバイト数です（MB）。
クライアントエラー バケットで行われたHTTP 4xxクライアントエラーコード数です。
サーバーエラー バケットで行われたHTTP 5xxサーバーエラーコード数です。

Applications ManagerではS3バケットで以下の管理アクションを実行できます。

  • 無効化：S3バケットの監視を無効にします。
  • 有効化：S3バケットの監視を有効にします。
  • 削除：Applications ManagerコンソールからS3バケットを削除します。このアクションを実行する前に、必要なS3バケットインスタンスをAWSアカウントから削除する必要があります。削除しないと、Applications ManagerはそのS3バケットを再検出し、監視を再開します。

バケットサイズ、仮想フォルダー、オブジェクト数などに応じた比較レポートも作成可能です。

  • CloudWatch APIを使用したストレージメトリック取得では、仮想フォルダメトリックはサポートされていません。
  • S3バケットリクエストメトリックを監視するには、同様にAWSコンソールで有効にする必要があります。すべてのオブジェクトに適用するフィルター名EntireBucketの使用を推奨しています。詳細はこちらを参照ください。

Storage Gateways

課金データはAWSグローバルアカウントでのみ表示されます。AWS課金統計のポーリング間隔は［設定］タブ→［ディスカバリとデータ収集］→［パフォーマンスポーリング］→［データ収集の最適化］タブをクリックして、変更できます。
監視タイプに［AWS］を選択し、AWS課金ダッシュボードでメトリック名をクリック後、デフォルトのポーリングステータスを変更してください（デフォルトの24時間が推奨されている間隔です）。

上記リージョンでのAWSを監視したい場合、監視の追加/編集ページのグローバルリージョン配下で、［すべてのリージョン］を選択してください。デフォルトでこのオプションが選択されています。

［すべてのリージョン］が選択されている際に、その他のリージョンを指定しないでください。その他のリージョンが選択されている場合、選択されたリージョンでのみ監視の追加と更新が行われます。

AWS中国リージョン

中国リージョンは他のAWSリージョン（グローバル）とは別に、中国でのAWSパートナーが運営しています。中国で利用できるクラウドサービスはグローバルのものと同じですが、Applications Managerでの中国リージョン対応にはビルド13620以上が必要となります。AWS中国アカウントで利用できるリージョンは、次のとおりです。

  1. 中国（北京）
  2. 中国（寧夏）

AWS監視の新規追加時、デフォルトのアカウントタイプは［AWSグローバル］になっています。中国リージョンでのサービスを監視するにはアカウントタイプに［AWS中国］を選択してください。

AWS Gov Cloudリージョン

AWS Gov Cloud（米国）は、政府機関の顧客とそのパートナーが、安全かつ柔軟にAWSを使用するためのリージョンです。このリージョンには、機密データや規制されたワークロードがホストされており、米国政府のセキュリティおよびコンプライアンス要件を満たすよう設計されています。 AWS Gov Cloudリージョンは、米国民の従業者により運用されており、検査を通過したUSエンティティとルートアカウント所有者のみアクセスできます。

バージョン15390以上で、AWS Gov CloudリージョンのAWS監視がサポートされています。AWS Gov Cloudアカウントで利用できるリージョンは次のとおりです。

  1. 米国東部 (US-Gov-East)
  2. 米国西部 (US-Gov-West)

新規AWS監視を追加する際のデフォルトのアカウントタイプは、［AWSグローバル］です。AWS Gov Cloud（米国）リージョン内のサービスを監視するには、アカウントタイプで［AWS Gov Cloud］を指定してください。

トラブルシュート

1. ディスカバリやデータ収集ができないインスタンスがある場合（EC2、RDS、S3、SNS）

AWSにデータ収集リクエストを認証する方法は次のとおりです。
    • 署名バージョン2（S2）
    • 署名バージョン4（S4）

米国東部（オハイオ）、カナダ（中部）、アジア パシフィック（ムンバイ）、アジア パシフィック（ムンバイ）、欧州（フランクフルト）、欧州（ロンドン）では、署名バージョン4のみがサポートされています。旧バージョンのApplications Managerでは、S4のみをサポートするリージョンのディスカバリができません。

対処法：Applications Managerをビルド13600以上にアップグレードしてください。AWS jarの更新で、双方の署名をサポートしてあります。このビルドでは、すべてのリージョンに対応しています。詳細は、こちらを参照ください。

クラウドサービスでのデータ追加や取得には、インターネット接続が必要です。外部Webサイトへの接続にプロキシサーバーを利用する場合は、「設定」タブからプロキシの設定をご利用ください。

2. 子監視がディスカバリされない場合や、AWSとその子監視のデータが存在しない場合

  • こちらのページのAPIを確認し、IAMユーザーに必要なAPI権限がすべてあるか確認してください。
  • AWSリソースを作成したリージョンを確認し、Applications Managerがそのリージョンをサポートかつディスカバリしているか確認します。詳細は こちらを参照ください。

3. OSレベルのメトリックでEC2インスタンスにデータがない場合

CloudWatchエージェントがEC2インスタンスからデータを取得する際に用いるエージェント設定ファイルに、設定ミスがある可能性がございます。

Applications ManagerはCloudWatchからのデータ取得を次のように行っています。

  • 名前空間：AWSではすべての名前空間が使えますが、Applications Managerで利用するのは「CWAgent」のみです。
  • ディメンジョン：Applications Managerは「InstanceId」のみをサポートします。エージェント設定ファイルに追加ディメンジョンを記載しても、適用されません。

EC2インスタンス監視でデータ収集を行うたびに、Applications Manaerは最初にメモリメトリックをWindows/Linuxのインスタンスから収集し、その後ディスクメトリックを探索します。設定方法に関しましては、こちらにあるサンプルと同様の設定を行ってください。
